We’ve gathered answers to the most common questions to help you understand our services and make the most of your experience with us.

MTM is a personalized service where you meet privately with our MTM certified pharmacist. During this meeting, the pharmacist reviews all of your medications, including prescriptions, over the counter items, and supplements, to ensure they are appropriate, effective, and safe for you.

Many insurance plans, including Medicare Part D, cover the cost of MTM services for eligible members. We can help you verify your eligibility with your insurance provider to see if you can receive this service at no out of pocket cost.

Most comprehensive reviews last about 30 minutes, with follow-up calls or visits scheduled as needed.

Yes. Reviews can take place in our private consultation area or over the phone for homebound patients.

To make your consultation as productive as possible, please bring a complete list of all the medications you are currently taking. This should include all prescription drugs, over the counter products, vitamins, and any herbal supplements.
